All applications submitted to Solid Rock Realty are transferable to any other home at no additional cost for which you qualify. Approved applications are valid for 30 days from the approval date.
Lease Commencement

The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the Landlord a portable tenant screening report (HB 19-1106). If provided, the Landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or a fee to access the report.
