3. Card Payment: Instant payment by credit or debit card, also through the Resident Portal.
4. We take payments in the form of Good Funds at the office for residents who don’t feel comfortable with the other three options.

Why don't we accept checks? All three of these methods provide instant notification the moment a payment is made. Checks, on the other hand, are too easily lost in the mail or returned for insufficient funds. By ensuring residents use these faster, more secure options, we reduce risk and keep cash flow moving, benefiting both the resident and you as the landlord.
