You document the property's condition in detail in the move-in condition forms creating a time-stamped record. This protects you if there's ever a question about pre-existing damage. We encourage you to be as thorough as possible when completing your move-in condition so there are no surprises when you move out.

If you're on a month-to-month lease or nearing your move-out date, we may use a previously captured 3D virtual tour to market the unit non-intrusively, meaning zero disruption to your day-to-day life.
