Know Your Property is Protected With Our Guarantees
Lease Guarantee
If a Tenant vacates the property within the first 90 days of the initial lease term, we will place a new Tenant with no additional Leasing Fee charged.
Eviction Guarantee
For any residents we screen, verify, and place, we will waive the eviction administrative fee. Additionally, if removal of the residents becomes necessary, we will waive all maintenance department labor charges associated with the lockout process alongside the Sheriff's Department.
