That is why we created our Agent Referral Program, a simple, rewarding way for real estate agents to stay connected to their clients while knowing their properties are in capable, professional hands.

From resident placement to routine maintenance and financial reporting, we handle every aspect of managing your client's property, so when they are ready to sell, their home is in the same or better condition than the day they handed us the keys.

Program Details

• Referral Fee: $800 per door
• Maximum Payout: Up to $8,000 for a maximum of 10 doors per referral
• Payment Timing: Paid out after the first month's rent is collected
• Payment Process: Fees are paid to the referring agent's brokerage; a W9 and Referral Agreement are required
• Eligible Services: Referral must be for full-service Property Management (Lease Only, Eviction Only, or Maintenance Only clients don't qualify)
• Eligibility: Referred clients cannot already be current Solid Rock Realty Property Management clients
