As a Solid Rock Realty Resident, you can earn Home Purchase Cash Rewards just by doing normal resident things!
- New Lease Bonus: First-time residents get $500 in rewards for signing a new lease.
- On-Time Payments: Every time you pay rent in full on or before the 1st, earn 5% of that rent back in rewards.
- Renewal Bonus: Not ready to buy? Earn an additional $500 when you sign a 12-month+ lease renewal.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I redeem my rewards?
When you purchase a new home through a Solid Rock Realty Agent and a participating lender, your rewards are applied towards applicable lender fees on the Settlement Statement.

How do I sign up?
You are automatically enrolled! Nothing to sign or download. We update your balance monthly in your Resident Portal.
Are rewards transferable?
YES! If you move between Solid Rock Realty rentals, your balance transfers and continues accruing.
What if I move to a non-Solid Rock rental?
You won't lose your balance! You stop accruing new rewards, but you can still use your existing balance when you are ready to buy a home with us later.
Fine Print Summary
- To redeem, you must use a Solid Rock Realty Agent and a participating lender with an FHA, VA, or Conventional loan.
- Maximum redeemable reward is 1% of the total loan amount (1 Point).
Example: On a $500k loan, you can redeem up to $5,000! - To comply with RESPA, rewards are applied as a Lender Credit at closing.
