Colin Smith: Investing since 2012 and licensed Realtor since 2014. Colin specializes in helping investors buy, sell, and manage properties. With over 500+ doors under professional management, Colin believes in long-term wealth through real estate. He personally owns 45+ residential doors, mobile home pads, and a commercial building across Colorado Springs.
Max Ferguson: Max has been immersed in real estate from a young age and bought his first multifamily in Colorado Springs three years ago. He has a degree in Real Estate & Land Use Economics and experience managing over $500 million in assets. He’s committed to helping others build wealth and navigate real estate deals.
