We then perform a property inspection to create a time-stamped condition report. We gather details ranging from furnace filter sizes to appliance model numbers, allowing us to address future maintenance needs quickly without multiple trips or delays.
This comprehensive setup includes time and materials for a Maintenance Technician to replace exterior door locks, and add smoke/carbon monoxide alarms as applicable.
