Property Management

We create the initial 3D Virtual Tour (and future ones at our discretion) at no cost! If you request an additional specific tour outside of our standard schedule, this fee applies.

We perform annual Mid-Lease Inspections ($149) and move-in/out inspections (Free). If you request additional inspections beyond the standard schedule, they are performed for this fee. (Note: Not a 3rd party home inspection).

If you request we meet your chosen third-party vendors, appraisers, or representatives at the property to open doors or supervise work, this fee applies (1-hour minimum).

This administrative fee covers coordination with the Attorney, Sheriff, and Tenant, creating notices, and court appearances. It is due when paperwork is sent to the Attorney. (Does not cover move-out crew costs).
