9%: 5-9 Doors
8%: 10+ Doors

Whats does this really means for you?
If we assume a 3% Vacancy Rate, then our annual Property Management Fee will actually be 9.7%. Here is how that math works out.
Total Property Management Fee = 10%
Vacancy Rate = 3% or ... Occupancy Rate would be 100% - 3% = 97%
10% x 97% = 9.7% Annual Rate!
