How We Collect Rent

At Solid Rock Realty, we allow all of our Tenants to pay their rent through 3 easy methods:

Cash

Pay at any Ace Cash Express, 7/11, or CVS Pharmacy via the PayNearMe System.

Direct Deposit

Secure electronic transfer (ACH) directly through the online tenant portal.

Card Payment

Pay instantly using a Credit or Debit Card through the online tenant portal.

Why don't we accept checks? All 3 of these methods allow for instant notification of payment. Checks are too easily "lost in the mail" or returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). These collection methods are easy for Tenants, provide flexibility, and ensure security for you as the Landlord.
