- How We Collect Rent -

At Solid Rock Realty, we allow all of our Tenants to pay their rent through 3 easy methods:

Cash at any Ace Cash Express, 7/11, or CVS Pharmacy through the PayNearMe System.
Direct Deposit through their online portal.
Credit or Debit Card through their online portal.

All 3 of these methods allow for instant notification of rent payment. Notice we don't accept checks? Checks are too easily "lost in the mail" or come back as non-sufficient funds (NSF). These rent collections methods are easy for the Tenants, give them a choice on how to pay rent, and provides security to you as the Landlord.
