Brokerage Firm Guarantees
(a) Lease Guarantee
If a Tenant moves out of the home within the first 90 days of the initial lease, Brokerage Firm will secure a new Tenant with no Leasing Fee.
(b) Eviction Guarantee
If we screened, verified, and selected the Tenant(s), we will cover costs associated with removing the Tenant(s) from the home if an Eviction is required.
