Program Details
- Referral Fee: We pay you a referral fee of $800 per door.
- Maximum Payout: Earn up to $8,000 for a maximum of 10 doors per referral.
- Payment Timing: Referral fees are paid out after we collect the first month's rent.
- Payment Process: Fees must be paid to the referring agent's Brokerage. A W9 and Referral Agreement are required.
- Eligible Services: The referral must be for our full-service Property Management. (Lease Only, Eviction Only, or Maintenance Only clients are not eligible).
- Eligibility: Referred clients cannot be current clients of Solid Rock Realty Property Management.
